Our Hero
Did you ever think that a 9-year-old girl could be your hero? We didn't until we met Maya the night before running the Flying Pig Marathon in may of 2012. For the past three years, Maya has been bravely battling Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Check out Maya's website or the video below to learn more about this inspring hero... she will certainly be inspiring us every step of the way on our Foothills Trail adventure!
